The crumbling vacant house next door at 834 Lincoln in Schenectady is forcing Marquise Solomon to keep his 7 children indoors. “Kids go in there, there’s asbestos a whole bunch of concerns, bricks falling from the top of the roof, slate and shingles it’s just a hazard” says Solomon.
