Northern California man charged with killing toddler (KTVN Reno)
SACRAMENTO (AP) - A Shingle Springs man has been charged with murdering his 2-year-old son, who was killed with a screwdriver. Prosecutors say Charles A. Bailey, 50, also tried to kill his girlfriend with an ax. She is recovering from wounds to the head and upper body.
