Shingle Springs man faces murder charge in ax attack case (The Sacramento Bee)
The El Dorado County District Attorney’s Office charged Charles Anthony Bailey, 50, with murder, attempted murder and domestic violence Tuesday in connection with a weekend rampage that authorities said left his 2-year-old son dead and girlfriend severely injured.
