The Grand Strand’s “worst case scenario” (WPDE-TV Myrtle Beach - Florence)

Hurricane Katrina was the Gulf Coast’s worst case scenario. Horry County’s Office of Emergency Management says our worst case scenario would be a category five hurricane that hits during our biggest tourist time, 4th of July. It would have 155 mile per hour winds, stretch across the entire state and cause catastrophic devastation.
